Extremely professional. There was zero mess when they left. I would recommend the dryer vent cleaning if your vent is over 10 long… made a big difference in dryer time!
They cleaned the air duct and dryer vent of my new house and did a very good job. They also did a complimentary mold inspection where they found mold in my HVAC and proposed a remediation plan with UV lights. The air duct cleaning price was very reasonable and totally worth it. I now have peace of mind in my new house with clean ducts/vents. The overall experience was great and I do recommend them!

Green Clean NC cleaned my dryer vent. It’s a pretty long run from upstairs to outside, but the price they stated on the phone was the price I paid, completely out the door! Super courteous and friendly, cleaned up after, and from the moment I first called, they were responsive and professional. Both the service guys were professional and explained what was happening — did do a little sales pitch for additional vent cleaning (HVAC), but not too pushy (so I WILL call them!). Very happy with the results, and after seeing all the YUCK that came out of the vent, I’ll have them back every year. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had no idea what we were dealing with, but we knew we were sick, our son had been to the ER for respiratory reasons, and we knew we kept finding mold on our things (shoes, clothing, etc.) and around our vents. Enter Green Clean NC (specifically Brett and Thomas). Brett was professional and straightforward on the phone and scheduled us as soon as he could — even going the extra mile to call us back to reschedule for even sooner after they had a cancellation. When they arrived, the two guys were incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring. When they found (a lot!) of mold in our vents, they were transparent but not alarmist. They thoroughly inspected our HVAC unit and ruled out an HVAC problem but were able to determine our house had high humidity. They gave us recommendations on how to mitigate the root issues and they answered every question we had, down to the smallest, most inconsequential. The guys were able to clean the ducts, remediate the mold in the ducts, and install UV lights to kill future mold in our system all in the same day. They also cleaned out our dryer vent, just because they wanted to, and used their tall ladder to help us close a window that we couldn’t reach. I know I already said it, but really these guys go the extra mile, and they are who you want in your house if you have a mold issue. Finally, let’s talk money. Y’all, it costs money to own a house, and I can tell you that paying awesome dudes to clean your home’s air and make it safe for your baby is pretty much the best thing I’ve ever spent money on as a homeowner. TLDR; I don’t hope you are having a mold issue, but if you are having a mold issue, I do hope you get the pleasure of working with this company.
Excellent, knowledgeable, and professional all the way! The issue was examined, a plan fully outlined and explained by Doremus, and the work was done. He and the crew even found a dead bird which had found its way in from the outside and got trapped in the lint debris and had to be removed. The system is much better now and provides a clean output. They are definitely highly recommended.

I was impressed with the team’s orderly approach and working around my junk. (One bedroom being used for storage looks like an episode of “Hoarders” and they took care of business easy peasy.) Plus, your team put anything back that had to be moved and in the exact spot. Mostly, I liked that your lead man on the job made it known to me that some changes should be done to my system and offered me a price that was better than the normal rate, as long as they were already there. He was not pushy and in fact could stand to be a little pushier! Highly recommend.
These gentlemen were prompt, very courteous, business-like, and efficient. They quickly cleaned my dryer vent, showed me the lint and debris buildup (lots of it), and were gone. Their fee was by far the most reasonable in the comparison pricing I did. I recommend them highly.

The vents were noticeably clean after the trunk line & vents were whipped & vacuumed; plus, the dryer vent was vacuumed clean. The men were extremely careful not to let any pets out while coming & going. We appreciated their attention to detail & to cleaning up around each work area. My dryer wasn’t drying very well. Their guy did an outstanding job cleaning out the vent of the dryer. It was very difficult because they had to crawl under the deck to reach the vent. I plan to have them back to do work on my HVAC system in the near future. They both were kind, curious, very helpful, and they knew what they were doing.
