I contacted Sears to have my dryer vent cleaned. They provided Green Clean NC to do our service. The technician, Horge, was very professional and thorough. He answered all of my questions and even researched another issue that we were having with excessive dust in our home. The service that he recommended is working thus far. I will definitely use their services again.

I am very pleased with the great vent and duct cleaning provided by Carlos and his team at Green Clean. My house was built in 1985 and though I did not see mold in the house the technicians noticed mold in the ductwork when they were cleaning my home dryer vent and let me know about the problem. I am so glad I let them investigate further as it turned out that all of the ductwork in my home had mold growth and my upstairs HVAC unit was developing a mold infestation as well. Carlos is very knowledgeable and worked hard to figure out the best solution to clean the mold and dirt from the vents and prevent it come coming back. The team cleaned and sanitized the air ducts and also installed filters, UV light and non-ozone electrostatic air cleaning devices in the ductwork and HVAC unit to prevent bacteria, viruses and mold from growing back. The air in my home is now clean and safe thanks to the Green Clean & would highly recommend this business for inspection, cleaning and preventing mold and dirt build up in a home or business duct and vent needs.
